What is new in this release
1. Lyra AI is now deeply integrated into the platform
We introduced Lyra, StatusFlow’s AI assistant, across high-value product moments.
Instead of dropping AI into random places, Lyra was added where users actually need help:
- understanding what their data means
- resume comparison against job description with real percentage match
- preparing for interviews
- drafting timely communication
- tailoring your resume for the job description
The goal was not to add AI for the sake of saying we have AI. The goal was to make job hunting feel less chaotic and more guided.
2. Insights is now actionable, not just visual
The Insights page is now much more than charts.
You can now use Let Lyra Explain to generate a readable strategic explanation of your performance, instead of forcing users to interpret funnels and metrics on their own.
This gives users a clearer answer to questions like:
- Is my search actually working?
- Where am I leaking momentum?
- Am I getting enough interviews?
- Which part of my funnel is the real bottleneck?
This release also introduced a stronger visual rule for AI transparency: when users see the moving shine border, they instantly know that feature is powered by Lyra.
That makes the interface easier to trust and easier to learn.
3. Action Queue became a real AI productivity surface
The Action Queue on the Insights page is now one of the most valuable parts of StatusFlow.
It helps users stay on top of momentum-sensitive tasks, including:
- follow-up emails
- thank-you emails
- interview prep triggers
This changes the product from passive tracking into active workflow support.
Instead of just seeing data, users now see what needs action next.
4. AI Interview Prep is now part of the product experience
One of the most practical additions in this release is AI Interview Prep.
When a user reaches an interview stage, Lyra can now help generate customized mock interview preparation based on the role and the user’s own context.
This makes interview prep feel much more targeted and useful than generic question lists.
It is designed to save time, reduce uncertainty, and help users walk into interviews with stronger preparation.
5. Browser extension workflows are now part of the StatusFlow experience
This release also expands StatusFlow beyond the main web app.
We added major progress on web extension compatibility, making it easier for users to interact with StatusFlow while actively browsing job listings and applications.
That means StatusFlow is no longer only a destination users return to later. It becomes part of the live job-search workflow itself.
We also have the state-of-the-art AI Resume Matcher built directly into the web extension, which allows the user to upload their resume and compare it directly with the job description, and instantly get a real percentage match on how good their resume is, and if not Lyra the AI will tell you what needs to be fixed.
This is a major product shift because it reduces friction between:
- finding jobs
- reviewing fit
- asking AI questions
- saving applications
- continuing momentum
6. The product now communicates AI much more clearly
A major design goal in this update was transparency.
We introduced clearer visual identification for AI surfaces, including:
- consistent Lyra branding
- shared AI icon language
- shine-border styling for Lyra-powered cards and buttons
- better in-product discoverability of smart features
